SLG 78VFRB hourly production rates will range from 15 to 40 yards per hour, depending upon mesh size, material being screened, and type and size of machine feeding the screener.

SLG 78VF Vibratory System
Dual Eccentric 110 Volt ( 3600 rpm ) Vibratory Pack
The screener can be powered up with a 4000 watt generator. With a heavy (10 gauge) electric cord your generator can be up to 75ft from the screener, away from the dirt and the dust from the screening process.
Tilting Screen Deck
The operator feeding the screener can manipulate the slope of the screen deck while feeding the screener. The operator can determine the screen deck slope. 45 degrees for screening high moisture materials or bring the deck all the way back to 25 degrees for slower screening of drier materials and aggregate products.
Tilt Open Feed Deflection System
We have built in a Tilt Open Feeder that deflects the material coming from your bucket and pushes the material back up to the top of the screen deck to use 100% of the screen deck. The SLG 78VF Feed Deflector will also open up to enable oversize material to pass through to the overs side.
