Excellent rubber matted floor, wood floor underneath in excellent condition, matted front and rear walls; horse compartment lights, bi-directional roof scoops; d-rings for tri cornered feeders; tinted winter plexiglass slats; exterior ties; heavy rolled rubber rear bumper. Removable three-saddle rack in rear tack compartment, with plenty of headstall & gear hooks, blanket bar, two accessories trays on tack compartment door. 4' short wall, dry camper (no running water), fully insulated living quarters area, with total white, vinyl skinned, form fitted, interior wall and ceiling coverings, with inside with wood trim; ample oak upper and lower cabinets and wood counter tops - double door hutch, one full length tall cabinet, and one single base cabinet by door; hanging clothes bar; hat rack; queen sized bed in neck; sliding, screened side windows in neck; crank up screened ceiling vent; sliding screened window in door; great storage for clothes and traveling gear. Electrical cap in cabinet floor to connect exterior electrical hookups to interior electric. Tires in excellent condition (235 / 85 R16, Firestone Steelex Radial R4S), with spare tire, plenty of miles left on them; brakes work great; all lights work: tail lights, brake lights, horse compartment lights, interior camper light, exterior porch light, license plate light, and all running lights (a few have been replaced) work great. Outside has some rust. Horse compartment, rear tack and living quarters in great shape. Great pulling trailer, lots more useful miles and years of service left and very comfortable and ample sleeping quarters and storage in LQ quarters.
